Space Needle

We had no hot water the whole whole weekend, staff did not care! It was run down and not the cleanest. Price is expensive for what it is! The room was good and the location is very good for walking to Seattle Space Needle, etc.

No Seattle Freeze here. Hoist a can of Rainier with the stranger two seats over.

I take my daughter to dinner to celebrate the first day of school every year since kindergarten. This year was 6th grade. This year we did brunch the weekend after the first day of school rather than dinner I waited to long to get a reservation. The service had always been the greatest and the food so delicious. This year was no exception. All staff were very friendly and or waiter was great.

SkyCity at the Space Needle is set to get a major renovation by superstar architecture firm Olson Kundig, closing Sept. The outer, revolving ring of the restaurant will have a cool-sounding, if acrophobic-challenging, glass floor. The current motor responsible for rotation, alarmingly lurchy at points during a visit last week, will be replaced. The stairs from the observation deck down to the restaurant will go from a brightly lit, claustrophobic passageway to a grand circular affair.

Inward-facing glass benches on the Observation Deck serve as serious selfie bait, creating the illusion that the photographer is dangling impossibly in the sky.
